Terms of Service

By accessing or using Orbit ("the Service"), provided by Orbit Intelligence ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Orbit is a relationship-mapping tool that helps you keep track of your professional contacts and how close you are to them. Orbit is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and availability may change, and the Service is provided without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Orbit. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are using Orbit for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to use Orbit to:

• Store or process information unlawfully, including personal data about others without a proper basis for doing so
• Harass, stalk, or monitor any individual without their knowledge in a way that breaches their rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Orbit's systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service without our permission
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

You retain ownership of the information you enter into Orbit, including notes and data about your professional contacts ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

Because Your Content frequently includes personal information about people who are not Orbit users, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect, store, and process that information, and for responding to any request from those individuals to access, correct, or delete information you hold about them. Orbit acts only as a processor of this data on your behalf and cannot act on such requests directly, as we have no relationship with your contacts.

Orbit, including its design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Orbit Intelligence and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

Orbit is currently offered as an early-access product. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and we do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or performance during this stage.

Orbit is currently free to use during early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice before any fees apply to your account, and continued use of any paid feature after that notice constitutes acceptance of the applicable fees.

You may stop using Orbit and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbit Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, business opportunities, or relationships. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

You agree to indemnify and hold Orbit Intelligence harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, including any claims brought by third parties whose personal information you have stored in Orbit unlawfully.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice on Orbit. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
